Abstract
⺠MAPO1 stabilizes in the course of apoptosis triggered by O6-methylguanine. ⺠MAPO1 level is regulated by proteasome-dependent degradation pathway. ⺠Folliculin and AMPK stabilize MAPO1 in positive and negative manners, respectively. ⺠Folliculin retains an ability to stably bind to MAPO1 during apoptosis. ⺠AMPK dissociates gradually from MAPO1 during apoptosis.
