Abstract
⺠We examined amino acid motifs encoded by the Ovar-DRB1 gene 2nd exon in Latxa sheep. ⺠Extensive polymorphism was found, especially in residues of the peptide-binding site. ⺠Association was found between several amino acid residues and OPA progression.
