Abstract
⺠miR-214 is frequently downregulated in human HCC cell lines and tissues. ⺠miR-214 overexpression inhibits HCC cell growth in vitro and in vivo. ⺠miR-214 directly targets β-catenin 3â²-UTR in HCC cells. ⺠miR-214 regulates β-catenin downstream signaling molecules.
