Abstract
⺠GRX1 overexpression protects myocardiac H9c2 cells against NO-induced apoptosis. ⺠NO-induced nuclear translocation of GAPDH is suppressed in GRX overexpressors. ⺠Oxidation of GAPDH by NO is less in GRX overexpressors than in controls.
