Abstract
⺠Senile plaque, which is observed on a neuronal membrane in patients of Alzheimer's disease, is a spherulitic fibrillar aggregate. ⺠Fragmented fibrils could interact with anionic liposomes to form spherulitic fibrillar aggregates. ⺠Anionic liposomes enable a reproducible modeling of a senile plaque of a protein from Alzheimer's disease. ⺠The fragmentation of fibrils is a crucial for a formation of senile plaques.
