Abstract
⺠Optical mapping technique was used in hearts to assess reperfusion arrhythmia. ⺠Peptide specific activator of epsilon PKC had anti-arrhythmic effects. ⺠Peptide specific inhibitor of epsilon PKC had pro-arrhythmic effects. ⺠Results are clinically relevant to the treatment of acute ischemic heart disease.
