Abstract
⺠Catalposide is a novel ligand for PPARα. ⺠Cell stimulated with catalposide improved fatty acid uptake, regulated target genes in fatty acid β-oxidation and synthesis. ⺠Catalposdie reduces hepatic triacylglycerides. ⺠Theses demonstrate catalposide could ameliorate hyperlipidemia and hepatic steatosis.
