Abstract
⺠BRSK2 interacts with Jab1 in vitro and in vivo. ⺠BRSK2 co-localizes with Jab1. ⺠Jab1 promotes BRSK2 degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. ⺠BRSK2-mediated cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase is reversed by Jab1.
