Abstract
⺠IFN-α and sorafenib show combined anti-tumor effects on HCC in vitro and in vivo. ⺠IFN-α and sorafenib regulate cell cycle progression and apoptosis of HCC in synergy. ⺠Sorafenib blocks IFN-α-induced oncogenic signaling but not STAT1 activation.
