Abstract
⺠Progenitor migration is accompanied by an increase in their numbers in the adult brain. ⺠p53 Mutation suppressed an increase in the number of the migrated progenitors. ⺠The decreased progenitor number is not due to enhanced cell death. ⺠p53 Mutation did not affect proliferation of stem cells.
