Abstract
⺠Different roles of histone chaperones in cellular differentiation of C2C12. ⺠HIRA, Asf1a, and H3.3 are essential for gene expression during osteogenic conversion. ⺠Histone chaperones are required for expression of marker genes during differentiation.
