Abstract
⺠We prepared many human monoclonal antibodies against dengue virus. ⺠Most of the antibodies can neutralize four serotypes of dengue virus. ⺠The antibody preparation with lymphocytes from acute-phase patients was the first. ⺠The antibodies are useful to understand the dengue pathogenesis at acute phase. ⺠Some of the antibodies can be applied to develop therapeutic antibody.
