Abstract
► We developed new method to rapidly identify COL1A1-PDGFB fusion in DFSP. ► New PCR method using a single primer pair detected COL1A1-PDGFB fusion in DFSP. ► This is the first report of DFSP with a novel COL1A1 breakpoint in exon 5.
