Abstract
⺠Dietary salt regulated phosphorylation and ubiquitination of NCC in mouse kidney. ⺠Ubiquitination of NCC was decreased in PHAII mouse model. ⺠NCC phosphorylation increased its total and membranous expression. ⺠NCC phosphorylation decreased its ubiquitination within plasma membranes.
