Abstract
⺠H2S decreases ROS levels in cardiomyocytes during ischemia/reperfusion. ⺠One mechanism is associated with inhibition of mitochondrial complex IV. ⺠The other mechanism is through activation of SODs. ⺠ITC results show direct interaction between H2S and CuZn-SOD.
