Abstract
⺠Splicing changes in ENH transcript are analyzed during striated muscle development. ⺠Growing hearts and differentiating C2C12 cells show similarities and differences. ⺠ENH splicing transitions occur in two temporally distinct phases. ⺠The results suggest muscle type- and developmental stage-specific regulation.
