Abstract
⺠cGK-I isoforms interact with a Rho effector, rhotekin. ⺠Rhotekin is phosphorylated by cGK-I at serine 93. ⺠cGK-I colocalizes with rhotekin in Neuro2A neuroblastoma cells. ⺠cGK-I suppresses RhoA-induced retraction via rhotekin in Neuro2A cells.
