Abstract
⺠Nano-scale bead tracking is a robust method to measure the reorganization dynamics of cellular cytoskeletal structures. ⺠The directionality of the bead motion is influenced by the overall stability of the cytoskeletal network in K562 cells. ⺠The persistence is not affected by the binding of either Mn2+ or Mg2+/Ca2+ ions.
