Abstract
⺠Nasal immunization of Bacillus anthracis EA1 protected mice from lethal anthrax. ⺠EA1 in combination with protective antigen provides more effective vaccine effect. ⺠A significant exclusion of bacteria at early infection was found in EA1-treated mice. ⺠EA1 can be a novel vaccine candidate against anthrax.
