Abstract
► HD-PTP is a tyrosine phosphatase involved in the regulation of cell migration. ► HD-PTP is a target of calpains in T24 cells. ► Calpain inhibition redistributes HD-PTP to the periphery of T24 cells. ► HD-PTP degradation by calpains contributes to render neoplastic cells more aggressive.
