Abstract
⺠Caenorhabditis elegans has two genes encoding active parvulin-type PPIases. ⺠PIN1 and PIN4 are expressed at relatively low levels throughout development. ⺠Expression levels are strongly influenced by temperature related stress conditions. ⺠PPIases, together with FKBPs, may be important for the worm's lifespan.
