Abstract
► Caenorhabditis elegans has two genes encoding active parvulin-type PPIases. ► PIN1 and PIN4 are expressed at relatively low levels throughout development. ► Expression levels are strongly influenced by temperature related stress conditions. ► PPIases, together with FKBPs, may be important for the worm's lifespan.
