Abstract
⺠56 Corepressor recruitment restrains AR in androgen-dependent CaP. ⺠51 Androgens promote SMRT corepressor recruitment to AR in CaP. ⺠58 Loss of SMRT results in increased AR activity in androgen-resistant CaP. ⺠59 Coactivators increase AR activity in androgen-resistant CaP. ⺠56 Loss of SMRT is consistent with loss of normal function for AR in CaP.
