Abstract
⺠NFAT5 protein expression is downregulated during cardiomyogenesis. ⺠Inhibition of NFAT5 function suppresses canonical Wnt signaling. ⺠Inhibition of NFAT5 function attenuates mesodermal induction. ⺠NFAT5 function is required for cardiomyogenesis.
