Abstract
⺠The degradation of RING1B is stimulated by ARF. ⺠RING1B activation and degradation is mediated by different modes of ubiquitination. ⺠ARF inhibits the self-ubiquitination of RING1B by preventing its homodimerization. ⺠ARF interacts via its N-terminal domain with the RING finger of RING1B.
