⺠Rosiglitazone attenuated postincisional pain. ⺠Rosiglitazone alters macrophage polarization to F4/80+CD206+ M2 macrophages at the incisional sites. ⺠Transplantation of rosiglitazone-treated macrophages produced analgesic effects.
