Abstract
⺠A GSK3β inhibitor attenuates rotenone-induced cytotoxicity in SH-SY5Y cells. ⺠That also decreases phosphorylated tau induced by rotenone. ⺠Rotenone cytotoxicity is mediated by microtubule destabilization via GSK3β activation.
