Abstract
⺠A novel keratinocyte-fibroblast co-culture model of wound healing was developed. ⺠H2O2 promoted wound closure but N-acetyl-l-cysteine (NAC) inhibited it. ⺠H2O2 and NAC decreased viability of the fibroblasts but not of the keratinocytes.
