Abstract
⺠A method for producing stable electropores in molecular simulations is described. ⺠Quantified representations of the volume and shape of the pores are produced. ⺠The size of the pore is a function of the value of the stabilizing field. ⺠Fragmented pores containing unusual lipid orientations are sometimes observed.
