Abstract
⺠ITN1, a plasma membrane ankyrin protein, interacts with a nuclear DNA-binding protein RTV1. ⺠The nuclear transport of RTV1 is partially inhibited by interaction with ITN1. ⺠RTV1 can promote the nuclear localization of ITN1. ⺠Both overexpression of RTV1 and the lack of ITN1 increase salicylic acids sensitivity in plants.
