Abstract
⺠In this study, we evaluated the effect of Nutlin3a analogs on PARP1 degradation. ⺠Like Nutlin3a, Caylin2 induced PARP1 degradation in both 3T3-L1 and 3T3-F442A. ⺠Nutlin3a- or Caylin2-induced PARP1 degradation is reversible. ⺠Our results show the usability of the cis-imidazoline compounds as PARP1 inhibitors.
