Abstract
⺠Overexpression of ATF3 inhibits adipocyte differentiation in 3T3-L1 cells. ⺠Overexpression of ATF3 represses C/EBPα expression. ⺠ATF3 directly binds to mouse C/EBPα promoter spanning from â1928 to â1907. ⺠ATF3 may play a role in hypoxia-mediated inhibition of adipocyte differentiation.
