Abstract
⺠Annexin A4 was identified as a CDDP resistance biomarker candidate for malignant mesothelioma. ⺠Annexin A4 was identified by differential proteome analysis between H28 and H2052 cell lines. ⺠Expression of annexin A4 was correlated with CDDP susceptibility in five mesothelioma cells. ⺠Annexin A4 was expressed at high levels in human malignant mesothelioma tissues. ⺠Shift of CDDP susceptibility was observed by gene knockdown and overexpression of annexin A4.
