Abstract
⺠TOP levels in striatum, hippocampus and cortex of cocaine treated rats were measured. ⺠Increased TOP activity was observed in the striatum of cocaine treated rats. ⺠qRT-PCR showed that this increase is due to newly synthesized TOP.
