Abstract
⺠Femur AQP9 expression was enhanced after exposure to simulated microgravity. ⺠AQP9 knockout attenuated microgravity-induced bone loss and osteoclastogenesis. ⺠Exposure to hypergravity or exercise training suppressed femur AQP9 expression. ⺠Aging or ovariectomy had no significant effect on femur AQP9 expression.
