Abstract
⺠We analyzed and verified the role of PRAME in primary osteosarcoma. ⺠High PRAME expression in osteosarcoma correlated to poor prognosis and lung metastasis. ⺠PRAME siRNA knockdown significantly suppressed the proliferation, colony formation, and G1 cell cycle arrest in U-2OS cells.
