Abstract
⺠Furin is increased in the endometrium with increasing grades of endometrial cancer. ⺠PC5/6, PACE4 and PC7 are decreased in the endometrium with increasing cancer grades. ⺠PC activity in uterine lavage is significantly elevated with endometrial cancer. ⺠Measuring PC activity in uterine lavage may help to detect endometrial cancer.
