Abstract
► We examined the functional roles of ETS1 in paclitaxel resistance and invasion. ► Expression of ETS1 was higher in paclitaxel-resistant PC3 cells than in PC3 cells. ► Silencing of ETS1 decreased MDR1 expression and suppressed paclitaxel resistance. ► ETS1 knockdown reduced expression and secretion of MMP9 and inhibited invasion.
