Abstract
⺠In human TH2 cells, IL4 and IL13 genes are regulated in a coordinated manner. ⺠IL4 and IL13 are both regulated by the transcription factors NFAT1 and TBET. ⺠Upon cell stimulation, NFAT1 translocates into the nucleus. ⺠In the nucleus NFAT1 associates with GATA3 at the promoter regions of IL4 and IL13. ⺠3C analysis showed looping of IL4 and 13 to form a structure poised for transcription.
