Abstract
⺠Known- dapsone and amiodarone enhance liver microsomal heme-enzyme activity. ⺠Effect of these molecules on various functionally unrelated heme-enzymes was studied. ⺠μM-pM concentrations of the additives significantly enhanced catalytic outcomes. ⺠Allosteric influences are discounted; a new mechanism is proposed. ⺠pM levels of additives enhancing enzyme activity demonstrated.
