Abstract
⺠Prohibitin-1 and -2 were highly expressed on the surface of activated T cells. ⺠Cell surface prohibitins were co-localized with CD3 on the surface of Jurkat cells. ⺠In Jurkat cells, treatment with anti-prohibitin-1 and -2 antibodies inhibited anti-CD3 antibody-induced signaling.
