Abstract
⺠We examine the antiapoptotic mechanisms of Cdc25A. ⺠Smad7 decreases the phosphorylation of IκB-alpha at Ser-32. ⺠Smad7 positively regulates NF-κB activity through IκB-alpha ubiquitination.
