Abstract
► PUMA/NOXA BH3s both interact with p53 DBD in vitro. ► 3D structure predicted the p53-PUMA/NOXA interaction. ► T102A, L111A, D186A and G199A disrupted the p53-PUMA/NOXA interaction. ► Four mutations structurally destabilized p53 and induced the aggregation.
