Abstract
⺠PUMA/NOXA BH3s both interact with p53 DBD in vitro. ⺠3D structure predicted the p53-PUMA/NOXA interaction. ⺠T102A, L111A, D186A and G199A disrupted the p53-PUMA/NOXA interaction. ⺠Four mutations structurally destabilized p53 and induced the aggregation.
