Abstract
⺠Cx43-GFP or -DsRed fusion proteins were expressed in HeLa cells. ⺠Roles of C-terminus were examined using various mutants. ⺠Gap junction plaque size was dependent on the length of C-terminus. ⺠C-terminus dependent gap junction plaque internalization was observed.
