Abstract
⺠IQGAP1 is a novel DGKζ-associated protein. ⺠DGKζ-IQGAP1 complex formation is enhanced by LPS stimulation in macrophages. ⺠Either DGKζ or IQGAP1 knockdown impairs LPS-induced Rac1 activation. ⺠DGKζ is involved in IQGAP1/Rac1-mediated phagocytosis upon LPS stimulation.
