Abstract
⺠Endocrine disrupting chemicals affect adipogenesis in mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). ⺠The adipogenic impact depends strongly on the window of exposure. ⺠Bisphenol A reduces the potential of MSC to differentiate into adipocytes. ⺠DEHP and TBT trigger the adipogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells. ⺠BPA, DEHP and TBT did not affect adipogenesis in embryonic stem cells.
