Abstract
⺠Foenumoside B was isolated from Lysimachia foenum-graecum. ⺠Foenumoside B inhibited adipogenesis and shifted lipid metabolism toward lipolysis. ⺠Foenumoside B activated AMPK. ⺠Foenumoside B improved high-fat diet-induced obesity in mouse. ⺠Foenumoside B has a therapeutic potential for anti-obesity medication.
