Abstract
⺠Dihydroxyacetone phosphate and dihydroxyacetone are potent glycation agents. ⺠Glycation of serum albumin is pH, temperature and sugar concentration dependent. ⺠Dihydroxyacetone is more reactive than dihydroxyacetone phosphate.
