Abstract
⺠Ectopic expression of SPARC impaired cell proliferation in medulloblastoma cells. ⺠SPARC expression induces STAT3 mediated cell cycle arrest in medulloblastoma cells. ⺠SPARC expression significantly inhibited pre-established tumor growth in nude-mice.
