Abstract
⺠We identified a novel brain-type ACS4 isotype mRNAs. ⺠The brain-type ACS4 isotypes were produced by alternative splicing. ⺠A novel ACS4 isotype protein was expressed in brain. ⺠ACS4 induced mRNA level by induction of neuronal differentiation. ⺠ACS4 knockout inhibited neuronal differentiation induced by NGF in vitro.
