Abstract
► We focused on CD24 and CD26 for further analysis of CSC properties in MM. ► Their expressions were correlated with chemoresistance, cell growth, and invasion. ► Their expressions were also correlated with several cancer related genes. ► The expression of each marker was correlated with different CSC property in Meso1. ► Phosphorylation of ERK by EGF was regulated by expression of CD26, but not CD24.
